FRANCISCO OLIVEIRA was born in the bosom of a family where from a very early age he was instilled with the notion that SUCCESS is a direct consequence of dedication, work, and perseverance!
This is the motto that accompanies him throughout his life.
Cultivating from a very young age a broad vision of the world, he decides, in the 1960s, when he was only 17 years old, to leave for Oporto city with the aim of studying Foreign Languages, being later invited to work as an interpreter in a local company.
His competence and, above all, his sagacity, lead him to the technical-commercial functions of this company, where he becomes a successful professional and discovers his passion for business.
As a result of this same passion and with the accumulated experience, he carries out its first real estate business, acquiring some manufacturing units about to be deactivated, selling them later with significant capital gains.
The subsequent creation of a real estate company can only be seen as a natural step in the career of a man to whom obstacles are nothing more than challenges to be overcome, and to whom the world has always been much bigger than “bell jar” in which we were born.
At the height of the expansion of the Portuguese textile industry, FRANCISCO OLIVEIRA, with his bold spirit, becomes one of the biggest drivers of the textile and clothing industry in PORTUGAL, bringing to this market some industrial machinery brands such as Rimoldi, Kuris, Brother, Mitsubishi, Union Special, with special emphasis on the prestigious Japanese brand JUKI, which he still represents today the in Portuguese market on an exclusive basis.
